Processing Time. We normally ship in 3 to 7 work days (Monday through Friday). We will notify you by email if your order is delayed beyond 7 work days. Please contact us by email or telephone if you must have by a specific date. We will make every effort to accommodate you. We reserve the right to not ship or partially ship an order should inventory not be available. A prompt refund will be issued in such cases.

Shipping Transit Time. Shipping by standard ground (USPS or FedEx) usually takes 3 to 7 work days (Monday through Friday). Actual transit time is controlled by the USPS or FedEx, so we cannot guarantee this. Standard Overnight is USUALLY delivered by the end of the next work (Monday through Friday) day. Be sure to specify Standard Overnight at checkout if you want this service. Note that "Overnight" Delivery often takes 2 days, as specified by the USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Shipping Charges. Standard Ground Shipping Charges are based on total amount of merchandise purchased.  See Shipping and Returns tab for current rates.

There is no free shipping on "Overnight" Delivery.

Sales Tax. California residents only: sales tax is added to the merchandise total of your order.

Returns. All BuyLightersNow.com non-engraved purchases carry a 30 day money back guarantee. Please email or telephone us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. If we have made an error, we will correct our mistake or refund all of your money. For all other reasons, except engraving, we will issue a refund for the merchandise and sales tax amounts only. Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer. In all cases, the merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Your refund will be made immediately upon our receipt of the merchandise.

Engraving. Engraved products are not returnable unless incorrectly engraved.

Defective Merchandise. Defective Zippo lighter products must be returned to Zippo Manufacturing Co. under their Lifetime Guarantee. We are more than happy to assist you returning your defective product to Zippo.

Invalid Orders. BuyLightersNow.com reserves the right to refuse an order or portion of an order when the pricing on the website or checkout screen is in error.
